helm got silver in the world championships last year....

we won silver in the 4x400m relay. was 5th on the last lap and came 2nd!! wow... yew ozzie

yeh i thought the same. although i did hear something about a parade in Melbourne... but a Sydney Ticketak (spelling) is well deserved. they did so well!
