Hey have you guys started writing in your journals? I seriously don't know how to start it... I've come up with a rough idea but i've completely forgotten all the thinking and reasoning that led to that idea and i'd like to outline the process of coming up with the idea in the first few pages..

We started writing in our journals on the first day. The teacher told us to do some background reading and we had to write about it and say what we liked and didnt like.
She told us to write any thoughts concerning the major work in it. I dont think its supposed to be neat and planned. Just follow your thought process and write down all your research and stuff.

There's no concrete way to start your Process Journal; it's meant to, overall, document the process of composition. How haphazard or linear that process turns out to be, is up to you - your Journal should reflect that as closely and precisely as possible. Just make sure your writing is at least a little legible.
