IT jobs in Canberra (1 Viewer)

This is a very broad question so I'm more so looking for opinions. Speaking to a variety of IT professionals from both Melbourne and Sydney it's quite clear that there are an abundant amount of IT jobs in those cities.

I plan to go to CSU in Wagga Wagga and then afterwards move to Canberra. I don't know anyone from Canberra though. So my question is, is anyone aware of the availability of jobs in Canberra? In your opinion, would I be better off working in Sydney or Canberra?

Canberra has the lowest unemployment rate in the country and the highest wages in the country for all jobs in general.

Not only that, though, Canberra also has an extremely high concentration of tech companies, (the main reason I have heard for this is that these companies wish to do business with the government). Coupled with this large number of tech companies is a dearth of IT workers.

Basically, what I am saying is: if you move to Canberra, you WILL get a high-paying IT job. And I don't know what your specialisation is (whatever it is, you'll find a job for it here), but if you can be bothered getting something like a CCNA, you'd easily be on $70k to $80k even without a university degree.
