I think it is pretty unreasonable to expect others to do your work for you, we can comment on what your ideas on the question, but it's unlikely anyone would be motivated to replace you in answering the question for you.

You make the assessment. You give the reasons why or why not.
(I suspect the English people would like you say yes, but if you say no; as long as you can back up your claims)

It is effectively asking "Is a text only valuable if it is not context-bound?" or "Does a text have value if it is context-bound?"

This is English, (unfortunately) you do have the liberty of being able define a measure on what "value" or "context-bound" means.
