hey im just bout to start yr 12, n i wana get above 93 for a UAI, 93-95 wud b great.

i do; ancient, modern, extension 2 english, economics, french continuers

i dropped maths at the end of yr 11, do u think thats disadvatageous?? i was originally in advanced but dropped down to general n it was a waste of my time. brain numbing.

just wondering wat kind of marks id have to get to get in the 93/95 range.

also, the SAM calculator - how accurate it is?
sum ppl tell me that its way off cos and unreliable cos it dusnt consider raw marks n stuf while others tell me its pretty good n the marks they got were lik heaps close to the estimate SAM gave them

wats the deal with it??

It's not accurate, but it gives a very close estimate. They can only calculate a uai based on the '05 hsc so it definitely won't be accurate. :)

Keep you rankings fairly high and you'll do fine. Ext 2 Engalay - Do NOT, and i mean DO NOT procrastinate. Do well in the internals and even better in the externals and you're pretty much set for 90+

Good luck :D

sam doesn't take raw marks so it is unreliable if you enter your raw marks in.

you will need to be looking at high 80's low 90's in everything to get 95.
