..Maybe doing Law/International Studies at UTS. You'd obviously do Australian law, it's australia after all, but you'd incorporate international affairs in it..

ANU would prolly have more of an international focus; maybe look at that :)

sorry, don't know much about law..

No-one's going to teach you just international law - you need the basic legal skills as well. International electives are available in all the major law programs I think, definitely at USyd and UNSW.

'international law' isn't a legal system, every country would teach its own legal system...Like Kini said, you need to understand the basics of law and the principles of it - torts, criminal, contract etc before you can start thinking on an even grander scale.

yeh it's an elective u can choose...at unsw anyway..
but there's lots of international law stuff u can choose from
like...international trade law, humanitarian law, etc etc
just check at the law websites for each uni..
ie law.unsw.edu.au

I think unsw has the asia pacific law centre, but usyd has the greatest focus/most electives/specialisation in international law...or so they say

*desperately searches for measuring tape and submits uac form to change courses...*

I think we have the most electives in international law or something like that. I remember them trying to sell it to me that way on one of the open days...?

I'm very cynical about electives since reading the student elective guide :p. I reckon the best way to do international electives is to go overseas for one of two semesters (my current plan :p ).

Hehe, i'm cynical about student guides in general! :D Thankfully i have yet to be deceived on subject content. Commerce courses are as unexciting as they promised them to be! :p ;) :D

Oh dear...where's the enthusiasm gone? :(
