Anyone doing this subject this semester?

I am, and I'm just confused as to how it's conducted. When I put in my preferences for my timetable for this subject, I could only enrol in one of the 3 hour seminars.

But looking at the subject outline, it says that the subject is run by lectures and seminars. This confused me. Doesn't that just mean that they're both combined into the one 3 hour seminar?
