Plz... need help with these questions. I keep on getting them wrong.
Indicate the types of intermolecular forces (there may be more than one) present in:

a) CH3CH2NH2
b) NaOH
c) Na Cl ion- ion
d) H2O dipole- dipole, hydrogen bonding
e) CH3COOH (acetic)
f) CH3COCH3 (acetone)
g) CH3COOCH2CH3 (ester)
h) NH3 hydrogen bonding
i) CHCl3

ion- ion
ion- dipole
dipole-dipole
london (dispersion)
hydrogen bonding

Dispersion forces occur is all molecules (if your teacher disagrees hit him/her)

A) none others
B) ion- ion
C) ion- ion
D) dipole- dipole, hydrogen bonding
E) hydrogen bonding, dipole- dipole
F) dipole- dipole
G) dipole- dipole
H) hydrogen bonding
I) dipole- dipole

I think thats it
