Like the AOS thread i think we should have a similar idea for each of the three types of Journeys even know they may over lap. So go ahead and post ideas/notes/questions/related material because if we put all our ideas together we will have a vast bank of knowledge with alot of related material to chose from.

i personally think finding nemo would be a great film which emphasises the inner journey... what do ya'll think?

praps...think about something which is not so black and white...eg. in Amy Tan's "The Joy Luck Club" whereas the journey is riddled with potholes and dead ends, metaphorically speaking

the book 'catcher in the rye' by JD Salinger, maybe not everyone will like the book but i enjoyed it and it's an inner journey, so if u can bother reading it, read it!!

yeah we have an assessment coming up in week8....its a listening one

has anyone done a listening one yet? any ideas on what they might give u?

yep, ours was listening. The text we study is "My Place" so they played us an interview with a uni lecturer and asked us to summarise the most important points....thats it, no analysis, no nothing. It was weird...
