images in your signature (1 Viewer)

i don't know how to put an image in my signature. I pressed on that 'insert image' button and then there was this script prompt and i don't know what that does so any help would be fabulous

you'll need a picture host site like http://imageshack.us

then put the address in the img tag like the abover poster said
