Hey,

If you study 6 subjects or 12 units, and you recieve a final mark of 90 in each of those subjects, how do they calculate which of those subjects or units will be counted?

Thanks

A final mark of 90 in all subjects doesn't necessarily mean their UAC scaled marks will be equal.

The UAC uses your raw HSC mark and scales that. The best combination of these scaled marks that will give you the highest scaled mark will be used to calculate your UAI.

if by some weird chance they all worked out to be scaled the same, it wouldnt matter anyway, they would just take the marks

just to add to what rage said, you have to remember that the combination will be of your best 10 units, including 2 units of english. those 2 units can include any 2 units, ie- ext1 and ext2 english may count, but adv english wouldnt count, as an example.
