if my math notif says 40% weighing, does that mean its worth 40% of total hsc course (internal + external, making assessments only worth 10% of total hsc weighing)

or does it mean its worth 40% of INTERNAL course /50 so that means its only worth 20% of total hsc cource making assessments worth 30% of INTERNAL MARKINS
