I need help RESOURCES ACTING UP (1 Viewer)

hiya guys , when i try to download a PDF or DOCX file from the resource page it keeps redirecting me to the login page and says that you have to login to download resources
and the thing is i am already logged in and its been happening for a while so im kinda getting ticked of

just wondering if anyone knows why this is happening

It happened with me before? Which internet browser do you use? After I reformatted my computer I used Internet explorer and went on this site and logged on. Since it was the first time then i was asked if I want Internet explorer to remmeber my password and I accidently clicked 'No'. Whenever I went to resource page that happened to me as well. What I did was download Mozilla firefox and when I first went on this site I chose to remmeber my password. Try that.

happens to me too, i just keep trying and eventually it works lol.

Just tick the remember me box, thats what i've done, I dont tell the browser to remember it just the remmeber me box, i use firefox btw, not many issues, but sometimes they do show up.
