I am doing commerce/law degree, I want to go on exchange for commerce (1 Viewer)

I am in first year, but I was thinking its a good idea to go this year while I only have 1 law subject a semester, and then catch up with that one when I get back.
Is this possible?

Your sentences do not make sense.

You can't go in your first year. It takes a year to do everything, the earliest you can go is the first semester of your second year.

I think you actually have to complete your cores before you can go exchange? You need to be at the elective stage. For a Com/Law degree that is usually 3rd Year Sem 2 or 4th Year Sem 1.

However, Commerce students can go in 2nd Year Sem 2.

Yeah, Trans4M is right about that too. ASB doesn't let you do cores on exchange. So you would have to go when you have free electives.
