Well the strategies are:

strategies in human resource management
• leadership style
• job design – general or specific tasks
• recruitment – internal or external, general or specific skills
• training and development – current or future skills
• performance management – developmental or administrative
• rewards – monetary and non-monetary, individual or group, performance pay
• global – costs, skills, supply
• workplace disputes
– resolution – negotiation, mediation, grievance procedures, involvement of courts and tribunals


^ those are just copy pasted from syllabus, although correct they need extra information that you can acquire from your book or whatnot. But yeah, those are the strategies

I dont have time to read those articles however atm because I need to sleep badly but im sure you can read them and apply what I posted sorry

First article: Rewards
Second article: Can't see a strategy. It's just an article talking about the employment situation of business. However, PwC does offer these strategies:
* Collaborating with workers around the development of performance-based incentives.
* Ensuring employees' values align with the firm's values.
* Promoting a healthy work/life balance approach.
* Having regular career conversations with staff.
* Ensuring staff remain engaged in their roles.

I'm sure you can read over the last two, and link them to the dot points :)

Also, the names of the articles tell you whats in them anyways kind of. I can read them later but not atm
