as for risk well the fact the original website got taken down so fast is mainly what scares me, and the fact no one else has seemed to upload another list or link or even mentioned they copied it.

if its an accidental release from the data visualisation website then its probably fine. i think the most likely scenario is just that nesa made private the file. idk that there would be any consequences other than for nesa who fucked up
