Start fromt he beinginng. Ask yourself:

How well do I know Continuity and Change?
Am I prepared for questions on my selected country for Continuity and Change?
Do I know my social and cultural research methology, and what advantages and disadvantages of each one?

Am I prepared to write a 20-mark extended response for EACH of my Depth Study?

Do I know all my Society and Culture concepts?

If you say Yes to the above questions, then you're ready. :)

Here are all the past HSC exams for Society and Culture. Make sure you can do all of them because from year to year, they are very similar in how they ask you a question.

Also see threads in this forum that are labelled "Important" for additional practice exam questions.

Good luck!
