Hey all,
As we're about to head into the holidays, with only 2 weeks of school left and a week of that on camp most of my teachers are loading us up with work. My Chem teacher estimated something like 30hrs mandatory work, that doesn't involve study. so i was wondering how much is everyone planning to do over the hols per subject?

I don't know how much I'll do per subject, but I do know I will have to do...
* about 3 exercises of 2U and 3U Maths (each) because I procrastinate and don't do them during the term (my fault)
* the rest of Harder 3 Unit from 4U Maths (my teacher's giving us the theory this term and suggesting we do all the exercises over the holidays)
* find all the necessary related texts for Journeys (we have finished Module C)
* revise Chem - read through the textbook to get a head start for next year
* translate lots of Latin (and go to summer school)
* read and annotate everything in sight, then make some more notes

plus I have a new novel to write and an anthology to compile and an album to compose

and we're going to Adelaide over Christmas, so I have to work out some plans to stalk Dan Radcliffe while I'm there

my dad wants me to get my P-plates after I turn seventeen in December

Wow, there go my two months of freedom!

I havent planned my stuff for the holidays.
Do work and study and also enjoy your holidays. Work hard. Play Hard.
I'll be trying to finish off my novels so that during the three terms left, we can do some stuff on those novels.

Work that I plan on doing:
Economics: Learn the syllabus
Business: Learn the syllabus
4U maths: Learn the syllabus
Physics: Learn the syllabus
SOR: Nothing
English: Read my texts

I have no idea what I will actually end up doing. I kinda planned to learn my courses last hols too... but I kinda didn't get motivated and didn't even learn one thing :(

for each subject:
English: basically revise everything we have done this term
Ext. Eng.: read The Handmaid's Tale and Dune and make notes on them
Drama: Revise all the work from The Removalists and get really stuck into my IP
Maths: Revise and work ahead a bit
Bio: ditto
Modern History: revise revise revise the WW1 topic and do some extra reading.

That's my plan. hopefully it will work out that way.

Mmmmm..... syllabi. <3

You probably don't care how much I'll do for each subject, just as I didn't care about yours.
But time wise, I aim for 150 hours. 15 hours per unit ;)
