hey, approximately while writing essays, how many pages should u write?

probably 5-6 depending on your handwriting, which section are you talking about, Area of study or change?

i dont know about standard, but with advanced, change IS the area of study...
but, back to the question, my teacher recommended that we at least fill up one of those hsc booklets (however i dont know how much is the accepted standard length)

umm from my trials, i averaged 6 pages for english for section 2 and 3 for each paper [man i hope i made sense]

but in the hsc exam it should b easier to write more pages becuase the lines are like 2cm apart

but remember - is quality not quanitity

Yeah I agree with the others Quality Not Quanity , Now I think about it is probably doesn't really matter what essay you are doing, you should try and get about 6 pages for each of them. Just from experience though i tended to write more on changing perspectives than say Macbeth for example.
