Okay, now I've done up my timetable - haven't enrolled in any labs or tutes yet, but right now the longest block I have is... 1 hour. :p

I always just ate in a lecture if I didn't have any breaks.
I hope it's a rarity. My friend used to eat in class all the time. Tuna sandwich, crackers and ranch sauce, sausage rolls... They're like people who use public toilets for a number two.

It was never anything big, loud or with an aroma that would disturb anyone. Small stuff usually.

It was mostly when I did my 11 hour straight day. Once it hit 6, I usually had to eat something; having not eaten all day.

My longest without a break is 3hrs on Tues + Weds in the morning -with 4.5 hours total on these days. Monday I have 1 hour in the afternoon, Thursday I have a lecture in the morning and afternoon -with a 5 hour break in between (lame! Will probably just go home).

Friday is nothing, i.e. I will do a shift at work. :/

i've had 8 hours on a wednesday for every second week of sem2 last yr. Back to back practicals, 3hrs chem then 5hrs bio. We just used to leave early though but sometimes we stayed for both which was insane
