There's a lot of pressure in year 11 , exam pressure, assignment pressure , peer pressure, parents pressure...............Everyone has their own way of dealing with pressure . For me , I like to play sports, watch TV , hang out around shopping centres to release it... How do everyone release their pressure at school?

I sometimes unleash the explosive anger at family members, but I really don't intend to, nor do I really mean it :(

Yeah, sport is a good way to release pressure

I wouldn't really call it relieving pressure, I do most of that stuff though.

When i'm stressed out I'm normally just bitchy to people I don't like.

Especially tennis ;)

I barely crack under pressure, but if I do, the way I deal with it is to either play a sport or read to regain composure.

ball sports? as in tennis/basketball right?

Another good way is just going out on a friday night to some party, always relaxing.

Sports makes you refreshed and forget about the pressure you are in . Watching a movie just moves you into another world and forget about it.

There is this generation gap between us and our parents, plus its not easy to speak openly with parents with stress.

we dont get pressured in our school, at least our grade doesnt. principle publically announced that its our gfrade thats going to bring the schools ranking back up.

In 2003 when I entered, we were 8th, then 12th, 16th, 32nd, and now we're 46th. Our priicniples hoping top 20 once again.

So no pressure on me really, cause i need motivation more so than study.

I do sometimes, but that's only when they question my aggressive behaviour. Usually my mum just tells me not to stress myself out too much (likewise with dad). She says she doesn't mind what UAI I get as long as I try my best and put in my all. Then my dad would bring up the whole 'exercise instead of internet' thing :mad1:.
