so you want to grow interest in other things apart from studying? that will def help with growing your personality.
is there a way you want to see yourself, like what type of person do you wanna be?

someone who fits in
uniquely fitting in, is the best type...
so i suggest finding something that interests you, like a hobby and just be nice to everyone around you or make them feel comfortable around you... it impacts a bunch trust

however if you still don't feel like ur fitting in then thats okay, being yourself is peak too trust.

Honestly, that hits a little too close to home 😅
You’re not “broken” though — burnout, constant scrolling, and pressure to always be productive kind of drain curiosity out of people. It’s less about your generation being cooked and more about everyone being tired. Finding interest again usually starts small, not with some huge passion overnight.

Papercrafts are always fun and it is possible to make almost anything. Try replicating something out of paper that you like, personally I find papercrafts good for breaks as it does not require much thinking and my mind becomes much clearer afterwards.

your personality is anything u ocupy ur time with, such as this website.

watching anime doesn't give you a personality at all.

there's some obese anime watcher in my grade and another loner who also watches anime. They both have no friends.

Matter of fact, anime is associated with social recluse more than people with a "personality".
