The crux of it - in 2002, a British man was tested HIV-positive (he was tested a few times, so there is no doubt that he was). In 2003 and 2004, with separate tests, he tested negative, and he is not suffering from it. There have been reports of people spontaneously recovering from HIV before, in Africa, but those haven't been very well documented. Scientists want to study him further.

i heard also , that when he was diagnosed with HIV in 2002, he started havign unprotected sex with a HIV positive partner. So even if he didnt have hiv in 2002, he would have gotten it afterwards.

it would be a shame if they made a mistake in 2003 .

Where did you hear that? Maybe he really is cured - if he did that and he's still negative..

it would be funny, if the doctors are like. i am sorry sir we made a mistake, we looked at the wrong persons blood test, you still have AIDS . good bye
