I want to be a secondary teacher (English/History) but I'm studying a Bachelor of Communication (Social and Political Science). Do you think I would still be able to enter a Master of Teaching at USYD or UNSW after this degree? Does anyone have any similar personal experiences?

Yes you can do a Master of Teaching. All it requires is an undergraduate degree and it doesn't matter what you do.
EDIT: Just double checked and it DOES matter what you do. But in you're case, you probably have met all the requires anyway. Here's what you need for English/History at UNSW.
