Matrix? They price similarly though-I remember talking to a friend and I think he said around $1000 a term (in year 12), a subject. I guess you could give them a call to get the exact pricing, but the Year 12 term 1 for them starts very soon I think.

Agreed with above.

To OP: Do you need tutoring though? Tutoring can be really costly...

If you need tutoring to do well in a subject, it's probably not the best choice to go with that subject.

But I understand your position. But trust me: tutoring can be really costly especially from Matrix or Prior (cost about 1000+ a term). Can be more or less for 1-1 tutoring.

Matrix have mostly good teachers; If you think about going to them, ask to be put in a class with either Derek or DJ. I've had them both for Year 10 science, and they knew their stuff and how to explain it better then the other "Physics" teacher I had.

Hi,

I always felt that in grp lessons such as at institutions like james an and pre-uni became just a socialising event. That why i stopped goin there after a month and started doing some 1on1 with friends who had done the hsc in previoous yrs aswell as with my teacher at school during lunches (like in the week b4 exams)

But if you feel that you dont have access to those sorts of resources i can help you out, check my ad out

I always felt that private 1on1 tutoring eliminated the distractions/bullshit/nonspecificness of grp classes.
