Hi guys.

Just making my timetable, and it says I've got a clash.

What happens now? Do i somehow resolve it? If not, how do I work around it?

1) If both subjects are core, pick a different tute/lecture stream so there isn't a clash

2) If the subjects are electives, pick another elective

If there are clashes that you CANNOT change, and you must take those courses, you need to get approval for the person in charge of the clashed courses.....

permitted clash.. you might like to see your student science centre about it...

Check the details of the classes and try and find out if there is actually a real clash of classes. Sometimes its just on myUNSW theres a class bcause of the way the class is in the system but really theres no clash, so they make it a permitted clash.

If there is a real clash of classes, you might want to find out from the course coordinators whats going on.
