i was looking at a past paper and found one type of text type possible to write which was a conversation.

could some one give me an example how to start conversaition between two people for an issue and how to end

don't beat around the bush, open with greet, and get straight to the point. Most likely, they'll do it in the format of something that reflects hsc students, so you could have one ask the other the "key question". Don't waste your time with small talk, get straight to the point, put as much as you can into answering the question, not setting up answering the question.
