i know NOTHING about computers, and i feel like an idiot asking this...

but my cookies have disabled, and i have no idea how to enable them

can somebody please tell me how. i cant access my email and its driving me insane!!

go to Tools> Internet options

and what do u mean u cant recieve emails?

from where

hotmail?

outlook??

If your using internet Exploder, go Tools > Options > Security Tab. Under were it says "Select web content zone....", select each of the icons and click default level. Then go to Privacy Tab and move the slider so it says "medium" or just click default.

Nooo..I'm having problems again! Whenever the cookies diabled, I followed everyones instructions, but now, even when I follow the same procedure, they won't enable. Does anyone have any suggestions?

From the Tools menu (up top)

Internet Options

Privacy (tab), Advanced (button)

Tick "override automatic cookie handling"

Then tick "Always allow session cookies"

Hit OK.

It's started working again without me doing anything, but thanks heaps anyway
