HELP!! Heinemann users (1 Viewer)

Hey,
i'm trying to access the options section on the site---hi.com.au/biol/options but it says that i need to go to page 354 section 7.4 in the Heinemann textbook, but my school uses the oxford textbook. Could any1 using the Heinemann text book tell me what it says??? i think its a word of something.
