A quick few questions i am struggling to answer.
1. Why is detergent more soluble than soap?
2. Why do both soaps and detergents dissolve better in high pH and dissolve less in low pH?
3. Why is the pH of the detergent when dissolved in water higher than the soap?
I know this isnt exactly on the syllabus, but my exp tested these factors, those were my results, and i cant explain them!! Helllp!! :S
