hi.

i aim to get 90+ per cent for modern history - but im not sure if i cant because of all this weighting and scaling shit. so explain this to me, anyone please!

1st Assessment: 87% - first
2nd Assessment: 88% - 2nd
3rd Assessment: 95% - 1st
4th Assessment: hopefully around 80%, not sure yet

But i had my trials today and im very certain that i fucked it up big time. awful exam. i was not ready at all

will this jeopardise my chances from getting a 90+ per cent in the Modern History HSC exam?

Yeah, I can't see you getting above 80 aligned with those marks.

Don't worry illmatic. Thus far, you're marks look fantastic. What you have to keep in mind is that assessments and trials vary in difficulty across different schools. Right now, it's your ranking that matters most. Provided you keep the gap between you and the person ranked ahead of you as small as possible, then you'll be fine. And don't rush to early conclusions about your trial exam. You probably did better than you think. What's more, your trials are a learning experience and will help you to maximise your mark come the HSC exam. Final conclusion: yes, you can still definitely get 90+ in Modern History :)
