Ive been attempting to read scullard for the hsc so I can use it as source, but for some reason he decides to put his most important points in LATIN!!!! Im reading and reading, and hes building up to his point, and then he says
"praesens divus habebitur
Augustus adiectis Bratannis
imperio gravibusque Persis"
its so annoying cause I have to sit there with the latin dictionary trying to figure out what he's saying but the dictionary only has maybe one or two words from the whole sentance Im trying to figure out. RRRRRR.......

ok Im done bitching 4 now, hsc stress has affected my sanity :giddy:

lol. Sounds like someone wants to sound smarter than he really is. I bet he just made those words up for the book. He couldn't think of anything to write, so he put in some fancy-shmancy "latin" (or his version of it).

And yes, I'm hella stressed too. It's actually the only subject I care about. ;)
