whats the significance of 43.47 mhz?

does anyone understand MRI 100% yet?
i cant believe i chose to cram this concept last. it really needs time to sink in

also, im reading here that the first mag field causes all nuclei spin to align with the field (this is true)
but a second mag field at 90 degrees causes the nuclei to flip up if they havevnt done so. i thought the radio waves did that>

no worries with just over 12 hrs left ia will say this:

the gyroscopic ration is 43.... the magnetic field strenght will determine the larmour freq.
so a field of 1.5 teslas gives a larmour freq of 43..*1.5 by varying the field at different locationsd we can actually define the location of each unit voxel
