We do all do the same Harwood poems.

According to the Board of Studies prescriptions thingy for 2004-05 they are:

Alter Ego
The Glass Jar
At Mornington
Prize-Giving
Father and Child (Parts I and II)
The Violets

Thankyou! I haven't studied Harwood in school yet-- have just been given stuff to read-- and though I like Prize-Giving the best, I had little ideas as to the point of it. So this is a nice pointer!

Harwood- critical readings

I have an assessment task on Harwood unit on Wed. We have to write a feature article that brings in all the prescribed poems and critical readings of them. We have only just gone through Feminist, postmodern, psycho-analytic as overviews but have barely applied anyhting to anything.

Can anyone give me tips or notes on crical readings, where to find them and/or how to go about writing about them in a feature article???

Yuk eh!
