Hi all.

I'm currently writing a feature article for The Fiftieth Gate, in the History & Memory elective.

I want to start off with something like this:

A place; a path.
A gate; a lock.
A key; a thought.
Memories, memories.

(I just made it up)

But is the grammar correct? Microsoft Word keeps telling me that they are incomplete sentences...? You're help is much appreciated!!

They aren't sentences per se, but ignore it.
