Okay so Im fucking around with Group Policies. Was just wondering what you have to do to edit local groups, that are found in Computer Management.

for eg:
gpedit.msc /Dan "Group"
but that doesn't work, it just ends up editing the local user's policies (whoops!)

Also, what is the point of groups in Computer management? I mean when I go User > Properties, it gives me a whole lot of useless crap about renaming. Why doesn't group policy instructions go in there? why the fuck do I have to run gpedit.msc?

So, the only way to edit the group policy, is to give a user Administrator rights, go into the User and do it by running gpedit.msc in that user profile? Cause thats the only solution I've thought of.

Shed some light yo?
