If you want good historiography, pick the "Nazism as Totalitarianism" one- there's alot of debate between the "structuralist" and "intentionalist" historians over the regime, and whether or not Germany under Nazism was an authoritarian state.

If you want a topic that has alot of information, pick the Holocaust (not sure why this is one of the topics; the Germany Nationality Study only goes up to 1939) or the Night of the Long Knives.

There's plenty of notes, essays, information etc on the Resources page:

Its up to you, but I like the contribution of the depression to the rise of Nazism, the role of the German Army in undermining teh republic and Nazism as totaliitarianism. They all have good historiography, but esp. the last one.
