Hey guys, I was wondering if I should be bothered to learn this.

My teacher said that in the whole twenty-five years of experience, she has NEVER EVER SEEN a question in ANY exam including HSC, and that it's only taught because technically it MAY be examined as it's in the syllabus.

So I just wanted to know if I should be bothered placing energy into learning it. Thanks.

It's annoying. Make sure you can do some of the simpler ones, but I'd listen to your teacher.

Oh, and geometrical mathematical induction is typically only ever worried about in Extension 2 Maths.
