Does anyone have any predictions for the questions for the 2025 GEO HSC, esp. given it's a new syllabus.
Based entirely on vibes, I'm predicting:
Section 2 (Short Answer): BIG focus on Global Sustainability, probably like 6 marks on Geographical Tools, 1 Cross-Section
Section 3 (Structured): Stimulus will be a mining town e.g. Kalgoorlie, Whylla or Broken Hill. 4 Marker on Geographical Processes which have shaped the character of the place, 6 Marker on Links to other Places compared with ONE settlement you have studied, 10 Marker on Responses & Strategies for Sustainability
Section 4 (Essay): Assess the nature of urbanisation and urban growth at a global scale, with reference to the challenges facing rural and urban places. (We got this in our Trial but NESA doesn't know that and I feel it's very broad so very fitting for first year of a syllabus)
