So when a question asks for "genotype", do I write for example: homozygous or Bb?

N/A
Genotype refers to all the genes of an organism

ORganisms that contain identical Algren in their gene pairs are homozygous (BB or bb)

Organisms that contain two different alleles making up their gene pairs are heterozygous (Bb)

If they ask for the genotype of the offspring you will say homozygous/ heterozygous for whatever allele

B means it is a dominant trait
b means it is a recessive trait
