General Thoughts: English Paper 1 (AOS) (2 Viewers)

I didn't find section one to be that challenging. My class did...which leads me to believe that I misinterpreted the question or the texts...
Section 2 I had to make up my story on the spot. It was extremely corny.
Section 3 I nearly finished (I was halfway through the conclusion).
All in all I'd say the paper wasn't as hard as last years. I estimate my raw marks to be between 60-75%.

Okay, my realistic estimation for that exam:

Essay: 14-15/15 (fucking good essay, but spent 43 mins on it which was too much)
Creative: 14/15
Short answer: 12/15

I died in q5 of the short answer, didn't have enough time to write out what I wanted, sigh. I only wrote half, so I'll probably lose like 2-3 marks there.

Section I was decent, although that last question threw me off about the complex emotions.
Section II was great, primarily because the the picture + reasons to embrace people suited my prepared story
Section III ...the Catholics did it again.

Overall, I should be able to cement a B5 and maybe nudge into B6 (if Paper 2 tomorrow is kind haha).

my creative didnt relaly fit the image on section 2 , i only made reference to it at the end where he rips the image of the paper and throws it awy (1paragraph), will i get marked down as it says "central element"

I thought it was OK.
Ran out of time for 1e, but I still think I wrote enough to get 4. And why did both creatives have to specify day? My best ideas are set at night! So I used the picture and just added an extra story line about it's importance.

Now that was 2 hours and 10 minutes of complete hell. I can't believe i've managed to actually finish the full exam following the structure of the exam. WOW!

I smiled when I saw the question....

my hand ached badly from yesterday practice, had I not practiced yesterday, I still would've written a good essay much faster, then I would've gotten the marks in the short answer too

Section 1 was okay. I kind of didn't answer 1e to the full potential but I ran out of time

I found it okay but my creative writing was terrible. Short answers were good but I wasted too much time. For the essay I pretty much only focused on how the attitudes of others influenced individuals, I don't know if that was wrong

i think i went shocking. oh well don't really care still more english left. didn't time myself properly rushed the fuck out of short answer and my essay was average to say the least.

The only thing I'm somewhat content with is my essay, which I think I got close to 1500 words for (spent way too much time on this).

My short answers and creative (especially creative) suffered from this argh.
