ok so i picked my subjects a bit blindly last semester and that means i might need to do my gen ed courses a bit earlier than i would have liked
whats the deal with em, i know its 12 units of stuff outside your faculty (FCE in my case) but then i heard no more htan 6 units in a particular faculty - true or not?
does that mean i cant do 2 subjects of languages?

also does gen ed's count towards WAM and stuff? in that case id be tempted to do piss easy subjects to boost the wam

Check your program's/faculty's rules in their handbook at http://www.publications.unsw.edu.au/handbooks_2004.htm
edit: general gen ed info

Yes they do! Gen eds are by nature easy. You'd have to try very hard to fail one. I suggest you do your gen eds over summer session to save your self the extra hours during session.
