I dont know why I cant FXP (using Flashfxp) while I share the internet connection to my laptop under WindowsXP either Pro or Home with the winxp buildin sharing function
but I could FXP if I disable the sharing but it would be too inconvenient

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks

turn off any firewall, then explain ur scenario better

alternatively, use 'utlrafxp' - freeware version of FlashFXP

IIRC at least one of the computers has to run *nix system for fxp'ing to work
What internet connection are you running?

I think if u register it, you should have no problems with firewalls, u can get keys from any crack site.

hmm if theres no error, and its timing out

a) the site isnt fxpable
b) your machine isnt compatible (ie *nix < > nt )
c) you might not have passive mode on/off (try both)

a) its fxpable, i said if i turn the sharing off i can fxp successfully
b) how is it related? While I couldnt fxp with sharing on, and i turn it off and it becomes fxpable in the same 56k connection
c) i didnt change passive/port mode whether i can fxp or not (turn on/off the sharing)
