What I understand from it is that International law is rarely effective as it can't exactly be "enforced". there are however a number of ways other nations can kind of "make" other countries follow it..

i did legal studies in year 11 though :p

LoL, I don't do legal studies btw. I guess common sense makes you get it rather than legal studies. =)

lol

its kinda common sense that international law is not very effective, non-legal people would probably view this from a political perspective. . .

but having done legal, I'm thinking about state sovereignty.

Well,

Just don't argue in the exam that international law is ineffective.

Just make sure you say reform is happening albeit slowly and yeah.

Otherwise you're screwed

P.S. Gotta add Rudd to that list now. Useless prick.

lol wish all you want, but it will never happen. The country now understands what happened last time when a useless loser like Howard was in. The country became unbalanced and severely degraded in most areas.

But if international law is ineffective and you can back it up, you should totally argue it, because it is fairly ineffective. xD.

Also, unless we score another Whitlam manouveur by the liberals, liberal shouldn't get in get in for many years. I mean, Howard got us into the Iraq war, goddamnit.
And then there's the test to become and Australian Citizen...
and the asylum seekers [hello violation of human rights]...

The comic is most amusing, though xD.

It will happen, Rudd is useless. For a while there i thought i was over the days were i would have to pay double for things i was getting from the US, Europe and Asia. Now i have to hope and usually wait for items to be sold through retail stores in australia.

I prefer economic stability, rather than equality so people who can't be bothered to get off their asses get money.

well some people have different opinions to you, yours isn't the only one/the only one thats correct, i for one prefer equality over economic stability. economic stability is a fuel for greed.
