Frontline speech (1 Viewer)

My assessment task sheets says "present a five minute speech about an issue in your module C elective"...and I'm a little stumped as to what an 'issue' is. Is the main issue in frontline the manipulation of the truth, or would an issue be a way that they manipulate the truth e.g. cheque book journalism, poor programming etc?? Does anyone have any ideas?
