i srsly dont understand the diff..
any1 got an idea?

also, how does Y=E=O fit into the equilibrium condition fo national Y (S=I)?

soz theyre really stupid questions i know :(

foreign liabilities = foreign debt + foreign equity (??)

no idea bout the second part :(

...... now im confused as well... and less than 24 hours till the exam thats not good... :(

i thought net foreign liabilities= net foreign debt + net foreign equity

i think you mean assets instead of equity....

soo if u have the fige for foreign liabilities and foreign debt you can find foreigh equity by

NFL - NFD = NFE???

sumtin like that ne ways

Foreign liabilities does = debt + equity

It can go either way though...... we can owe them, they can owe us - both in debt and equity
