Think of it this way, they can ask you anything in an IPT exam, its good to know and if you can get an understanding of how a feasibility study works and what it is made of, thats excellent.
One example of BOS asking something i learnt in yr 10 was a question in this yrs multiple choice, this was that graph that asked for the data bits which the answer was B.
So if you can and have time to learn it do it, but mainly concentrate on the 4 constraints, them being the economical,technical, schecdule and organisational constraints.
I can almost gurantee this question being asked next year as they will always ask it, for all your term tests they will ask the same question, split each constraint into different sections and that will make easier.
I belive that trying to make a word for something to learn is pretty stupid, the fact that you have to learn that a word means that means that you could have just learnt them as they are.
As far as i can see, your going to do this type of feasibility study question so many times that you will just remember them.
