OK.. ill hav a go.


From what i can tell it is a sheet which says the company who is sending the fax, and their details..
and who the fax is going to.
Specific employee names are usually used.
The amount of pages included in the fax is written,
and a contact number for if the fax i illegible.

a cover sheet is usually like a title page... think of it that way
its before the actual fax message..

thats my understanding

it doesnt have a message and it has the compnay logo on it as well as what puffkenny said and page 1 of (howmany)

um, this may sound stupid but what fax number do you put into the
FAX NO:
section?
do you put the sender's or the receipent's?

the fax sheet is to notify what this fax comprises of, and details of the sender.
