i got my mum their album for chirstmas, and i listened to it and thought it was pretty shit.
altho, i do really like the acoustic version of "the sun"

Indeed. On their live CD, on 'she will be loved' he sings some of the highest notes possible. And doesn't screw them up. Then in the same set he sings 'highway to hell' and sounds like Bon Scott. Genius.


They are reeeeally over played. But that doesn't diminish their musical ability. If you actually listen closely, if you have any sort of musical ear, and pull apart the songs in terms of melody, harmony and rhythm, you'll see that they really do know their stuff and that there's more to their music than teenypoppy shit everyone sees them as. They incorporate Jazz, funk, pop and rock and pull it off really really well, and that ain't any easy feat.
