Anyone know the pay rates for an 18 year old at:

Oporto
McDonalds
KFC
Red Rooster
Subway

There all the same pretty much as long as they follow the Minimum Award wage rate.A franchiser might decide to give $1 more for someone at level 2 or something(because he wants to, it's his store), but overall they do all follow the same rate under the Food Award(its called something like that, hospitality or fast food or something).

An 18 year old casual at maccas is $16.18 an hour

Yes they should be all the same.. unless there are dodgy places out there that pay below minimum.. Find out the minimum wage at Fair Work Australia.
